RAAS has suddenly stopped working in my PMDG 777 and QOTS II.

RAAS appears in the Add-Ons list and when I open it up I note that the Master Switch box is not checked.  If I check (and save) it and change location it still doesn't work.  If I close the sim and then run it again, the RAAS master switch check box is again unchecked.

I have confirmed that in the PMDG Equipment options RAAS is checked as Installed.

I have downloaded the dll.xml file but not installed it.  I note that the dll.xml file already installed has more information concerning other add-ons included.

Any help please?

If RAAS appears in the ADDONS Menu, then it's loaded fine.

You don't need to touch the DLL.xm.

 

I suspect it's an audio issue introduced by a recent windows update that changed your audio device settings.

Run the sound test in RAAS.
