October 5, 20196 yr Commercial Member The problem is we're running out of available key assignments. The FS2Crew's are being updated so they interface with UGCX cleanly. For the time being, just manually press the "Hard Mute" button on the FS2Crew Main panel to if using voice control when talking to the UGCX ramp agents so you don't also wind up triggering the FS2Crew ramp agents at the same time.
