October 9, 20196 yr LLH Simulations currently have another sale this time with 50% off everything until October 14th. This is a great chance, for anyone who enjoys challenging airports, to get some of their great little French Alpine altiports, which are normally a little on the expensive side, at a more reasonable price. October 9, 20196 yr Hi, Thanks for the information, I was planning to take Annecy and Courchevel. Not being able to take them all, do you have one or two others to recommend? October 9, 20196 yr Author Hi Richard, Meribel is another very nice altiport with a sloping runway and is quite close to Courcheval. If you like the challenge of seriously sloping runways you won't go wrong with Megeve, Ape d'Huez or Peyresourde either all of which are nicely modelled! Apart from Annecy I don't have any of their larger airports. Bill
October 9, 20196 yr Chambery LFLB is a good representation of the real thing (I'm a regular winter visitor). Arriving in an airliner there's a nice scenic approach over the lake between the hills. Plus I use it as a jumping off point to go up to Courchevel.
October 9, 20196 yr I have purchased LLH Courchevel and was considering their Chambery. I have FSX:SE does it play nicely? I currently use a freeware Chambery.
