Mont Blanc Release on Friday, November 22 this year

Featured Replies

...just stumbled over an article/announcement on  Sergio Costa's  Helisimmer site, which most of you already know probably.

Then I saw this picture of the upcoming  Courmayeur  Airport, included in the Mont Blanc senery........

Phew, just speechless; I mean look at this :  Can someone imagine flying over and through such a breathtaking sceney, with such an epic mountain view in front of you ???

Frank Dainese & Fabio Bellini, the unmatched masters of the mountains are back with a release of this new scenery on 22th November (according to themselves).

You can find the whole article of Sergio Costa on  HeliSimmer.com .

Cheers and all the best.

PS: (just my own two cents; absolutely not meant as an offence):  Why waiting for a certain simulator and its upcoming release in 2020, for what  ?  I better enjoy what I can get now, in the presence already; no reason to project unfulfilled perceptions about "how a flight sim has to be" into an uncertain future, because pictures like these speak for themselves and they "wisper" me one thing clearly: the future has already arrived now.

Unfortunately, this scenery is not compatible with LFLJ and LFKX from ORBX, nor with LFHU (free By Poopy).
Hapless ->   tiles mesh +46 +006
😞

True in case of Orbx which I have.

Mont Blanc full of “holes”!

I then placed Mont Blanc Mesh above my Orbx entries and the Mont Blanc Scenery worked-2 beautiful little grass airstrips at Chamonix and Courmayuer

The effect on my Orbx Scenery will become more obvious as I do more flights in this region

Oops, too many mistakes and badly done work within the Mont Blanc scenery.  Frank Dainese and Fabio Bellini in the need of quick money  ?

At current stage of development I really cannot recommend this product.  Better to wait till the first of several fixes are available.

Cheers,

Konrad

Seems to be a no go with my Orbx scenery -clashes around Courchavel,Meribel and Innsbruck

Currently deleted but I did enjoy the scenery and airstrips -had a good fly about

Putting .off at the end of the Mont Blanc files was not enough

They had to be deleted
