November 17, 20196 yr I usually fly with the UK crew, all fine. Today I used the DE guys and on the landing checklist item „auto thrust“ the PF replied „OFF“ although it was on. (button control). Can you confirm?

November 18, 20196 yr Commercial Member Did this just start happening with the very latest FS Labs update? Maybe something changed in the plane? B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
November 18, 20196 yr Author I don't recall this happening before .424 ... so maybe it has something to do with that. But it's strange that it's apparently random. I first thought it might just be a messed up sound file with the DE recordings... Will keep observing (+ recording) on my next flights...
November 19, 20196 yr Commercial Member The way it works is like this for the code: If the Autothrust Light on the FCU is 'bright', FS2Crew thinks the Autothrust is "ON", and the PF responds accordingly. If the light on the button is not bright, then FS2Crew thinks Autothrust is "Off". So check the light.. is it "bright" or not bright. B. I guess that would make the A/TH button not "bright".
November 19, 20196 yr Commercial Member That would explain it. There's no SDK for the Labs, so we have to use alternative, creative methods to try to figure out what's going on in the sim. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
