Thanks for taking the time to post the Wired article about MSFS2020. It was interesting, informative and well written.

Wloch said on one of the past interviews he was running the sim on a GTX 1060, an old and not so strong GPU. That’s a good indication that the sim will run fine on most of the gaming desktops. People just shouldn’t expect to run it fine on a 10 year old rig.

He also said it's because his work is focused on the aerodynamics so he doesn't need the sim to look good!

But he also said he needs higher FPS than normal... So I would guess he runs it on higher FPS than normaly one would.
