December 29, 20196 yr Hey guys hoping everyone is well. I recently upgraded to a GTX1080TI 11GB, I9-9900K, 850W PSU and 16GB of ram. I was just wondering what are your settings as i would like to have as many options as possible. Even do my system does allow me to turn things to the far right, i am more than content with having a smoother experience. Although i must say that i need help picking an AA setting. December 29, 20196 yr If you constrain your frame rate to 30 (preferably externally with RTSS) you should be able to push 4xSSAA most of the time...maybe even at night with DL enabled. The 1080Ti is a lot of GPU power at 1080p. My portable sim rig is similar...a 5GHz 9900K and a 1080Ti, but I run a 2560x1440 G-Sync display. I have to dial back the SSAA at night (to 4xMSAA) when DL is on to keep frames up near 30 fps where I want them. At 1080p you may well be able to pull off 4xSSAA and DL.
