How's 1,4 coming along ? All NGXu and Dash-8 patiently waiting ...

On the long run, could there be more voice set ? Don't get me wrong it's great already, but could be a bit more immersive. E.g. in Germany and in Russia I get the same guy speaking, so maybe a Russian or East European voice would be great. Or even more country specific sets to enhance the immersion.

What about publishing the voice transscript, so users could send them to you and you could process them and make available as download in future ?

We're working hard on 1.4.

We've re-coded big parts of it!  

Of course, UGCX is a long term project... adding more voices is not a problem!

 

Hm, I must admit, I'm beginning to worry a bit regarding UGCX. Since two weekend updates no more mention of UGCX. Even a video published in the 737NGXu section with the author using "the other product" for pushback.

Between all these certainly nice product announcements, please don't forget the UGCX supporters. It's almost 3.5 months now since 1.3, and the 737 and Dash-8 users probably need new brake keys soon.

Could you give a more comprehensive update regarding the state of 1.4 ?

It's still in beta.

It's more like a V2 than a 1.4 🙂

We had to re-record all the voices and change a ton of stuff.

There's just one more piece we're waiting one... but we have to rely on another guy.
