January 20, 20206 yr In the Release Notes for 2.5.22.1 is: " Fixed: Shared datarefs values can fail 3rd party aircraft integration. " What does that mean? Kind Regards, i7-6700k • Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD5 • 32GB DDR4 2666 • EVGA FTW ULTRA RTX3080 12GB
January 20, 20206 yr Hi, Actually for the FltSim version it says: Fixed: Shared simvars values can fail 3rd party aircraft integration. This means the GTN is sharing data via simvars and there was a bug introduced in 2.5.22 which may cause some integration with 3rd party aircraft to fail.

Jean-Luc, I was (and still am) doing some testing and it would be helpful if you could expand a bit on what the above quote means in practice -- if the integration failed, what type of things might the user have seen? For example, is it possible that the bug might of caused problems with the autopilot? Thanks, Al Edited January 20, 20206 yr by ark
January 20, 20206 yr This is about "integration", that is simvars/datarefs published by the GTN/GNS 2 which 3rd party vendors rely on for the integration of the GTN/GNS V2 in their aircraft. Typical issue could be selecting the "RXP preset" for an aircraft but no GTN bezel appearing in the 3D cockpit.
