I have a problem I installed FSX again and Addons on Win10, now PMDG737 Crash the FSX

If that keeps happening, your best bet would be to submit a trouble ticket to PMDG on their site.

 

I already did but after several email changes they said to uninstall and install again but the problem continues, I don't know what to do anymore😪

Hello Joao,

don't know if this is the reason / solution for your problem.

But FSX should not be installed under \Programm Files (x86).

This could cause several severe problems.

This error is explained in the AVSIM CTD Guide.  It happens when you shutdown FSX. PMDG is aware of the problem.  The only way to stop the error for recurring is to make sure "Pause on Exit" is checked.  This will allow FSX to completely shutdown.

The problem is not when I close the FSX but during a flight the FSX is blocked in the image and does not advance I have to turn off the FSX but it only happens with PMDG737.

You will need to go to the pmdg forums and/submit a trouble ticket.  How do you know the crash occurred during the flight? There is no error msg that shows up with this msg until you shut the sim down. I think your error is something different.  A way to fix errors with Pmdg is to uninstall the aircraft after deactivating the license in the fmc.

I have been on an email exchange with PMDG / suport and I arrive
to the conclusion that they are not dealing with my problem I have already uninstalled everything and installed it again and nothing, the 777 and 737 is the same at the end of a flight time FSX simply blocks the image, leaving only the sound I have to turn off the FSX , I am really disappointed with PMDG after some good years😪😪

I do not think they are going to fix this problem.  If you look at the FAQ's it states something like that and reason why they are not responding to your inquiry..
