February 11, 20206 yr I'm considering buying this scenery. Do you guys like it? I don't run orbx socal and am not interested in purchasing it due to it's reputation in regards to performance. I currently have mega scenery south/north for California, and some other southern California payware airports. I'm looking to only do airline flying. February 11, 20206 yr I love it. I do not run the ORBX Socal with it, just Vector, OpenLC and Global. Its a challenging airport with the 320/737, shorter rwy, VOR approaches with high terrain around, just all around an interesting, good looking, good running and challenging airport. February 11, 20206 yr Commercial Member I just bought it over the Christmas specials and got to say I luv. Beautifully rendered so I recommend it. If you have issues with performance in Southern California, may I suggest simwestSOCAL. They work hand-n-hand together, look great together and performance it real good (I am using something like an eight year old i7-2600K running at 3.8GHz). Intel i9-12900KF, Asus Prime Z690-A MB, 64GB DDR5 6000 RAM, (3) SK hynix M.2 SSD (2TB ea.), 16TB Seagate HDD, Gigabyte GeForce 5080 RTX, Corsair iCUE H70i AIO Liquid Cooler, UHD/Blu-ray Player/Burner (still have lots of CDs, DVDs!) Windows 10, (hold off for now on Win11), EVGA 1300W PSUNetgear 1Gbps modem & router, (3) 27" 1440 wrap-around displaysFull array of Bravo, Saitek and GoFlight hardware for the cockpit. Varjo and HP VR headsets for mixed reality.
February 11, 20206 yr Author I bought it. Jetways are not working with GSX. Manual says there is an option to turn off Jetways. Says to unselect the box so GSX will work. However the box in the manual does not appear in the settings.
