I have a problem with night textures (roof tops)

The roof textures are the fault of the original authors as they mapped the same textures to cover many of the same areas.

It is give and take.

That said, when I'm landing at night I am focused on the runway rather than the concourse roof tops. On the ground I do not notice them.

Please understand hgschell I'm not trying to make light of your complaint. It is a legitimate complaint. On most of these Mach-1 re-do's I am focusing on making the overall appearance from ground level more believable. Perhaps I'm not achieving this. But again, Mach-1 used only a couple of textures to cover a larger area which makes everything repetitive.

Hey Mitch, thanks for your efforts in this. I tried your fixes and I still got the white squares. Then I thought of something else, if I put those files into the Main texture folder, that should probably work, as that has solved the white square/missing texture problem before. Maybe redundant, I also put them into the Addon Scenery texture folder as well. White squares are gone now. Since I just used the one folder (BHM) I noticed that both airports now look fine so the common file (outlne_lax) must have been the problem. Anyway, that's a quirky little tip I forgot about so I'll pass that on.

Thanks again for keeping FS9 alive!

Cheers
