I’ve uploaded 3 videos:

First video, you can see how i create custom route at gate A28 at Atlanta airport (Imaginesim), then i save the route with custom name generating phonetic version and my sim freezes for 5-10 seconds then i get CTD.

Second video, i create custom route and save it with default name. It works fine.

Third video, i create custom route, then i save it with the same name that first video, but add “A” before “G32” and magic it works fine.

Just saw all videos. I suspect it's something related to the custom route's name. In the videos I can barely see the name, can you type/write it down so i can test with exactly the same name you are trying?, so I can produce the same CTD over here and put the fix in the current update we want to release.

Also you can send me out the pushback route's profile that you are trying to make.

The UGCX's airport's profiles are located in:

C:\Users\<Your Windows' username>\AppData\Roaming\Ultimate Ground Crew X\Airport Profiles

Inside there is a list of subfolder, each per airport's ID, then inside each Airport's profile, you will find a list of files, one per parking spot, then you just need to find which is the parking spot that you were trying during the issue, so I can try out the same pushback route, and the route's name.

I`ll wait the the results of your tests.

I just made few tests, but still can't get the CTD. I noticed something in your machine, you are using Windows Aero Themes right?...just to confirm, because, i 'll try to find a way to test it on another machine having Aero enabled. I have issues switching back to Aero, maybe the aero theme is doing something, I'll try to find another machine to test it on. On my machine I have Windows Aero disabled. Just to check if it's something with Aero.

I tried using different airport, and route, but same custom name as yours, but it doesn't reproduce the CTD.

I'm not sure if aero theme is enabled on my pc. How can i see if it's enabled?

I think I was able to reproduce it!.....I plugged into another computer and found the issue that you are having....I'm now in the hunt of what caused it.

Excellent good job. Now regarding the aero theme. I didn`t change any themes since i installed windows 10. So  I think i have default setting by windows, but with syncronized account of my other computer and it says "custom background, sound, etc.". I hope that you can find some fix to the problem. I like your tool with this current version i can make pushback more precise as real life.

I think I finally fixed it....the problem was that in the module there was a weird limitation, and some custom route names were longer than that limitation,once the program hit that limit, it will CTD, or make weird stuff on Windows. But I got it fixed, however, to confirm it's fixed, I will need maybe Bryan to let you test the new version. I'll continue doing few more tests, to then hang it over to Bryan to then you.
