April 4, 20206 yr Quick question, I tuned the GTN750 to the VOR at Louisville IIU. I started to receive the beep of the audio of the navaid. However, I cannot seem to find how to turn it off? Any help as it is very irritating. If you click on the Audio Panel button at the top of the GTN 750 display that should open a window where you can select or deselect a Nav radio (likely NAV1) to turn the Morse code ident from a Navaid on or off . However, you didn't mention if you are using the RXP or Flight1 GTN750, but if the latter they apparently are having a problem turning off the ident in their latest update (unless recently fixed). See https://www.simforums.com/forums/nav-ident_topic62471.html Al Thanks. It is the Flight 1 version so it is a known issue. The nav button is unchecked in the audio panel so that is why I reached out for help. April 5, 20206 yr Shez, Just a thought. I believe there is a mapped keyboard shortcut to this function in P3d. Can you use that to turn it back off?
April 5, 20206 yr Author You can but the problem is fixed now with the update to the GTN750 by Flight1.
