Here are two video captures :

 

1. Without FS2CREW. As you can see, cabin announcements can be muted and volume adjusted via the PA knob. You can also mute them via the cockpit door lock/unlock switch

 

2. With FS2CREW; this feature is not working. Whatever position of the PA knob of cockpit door, cabin annoucements are alsways ON and volume alsways set to maximum

I've emailed the FS Lab developer, Lefteris, for his insight.

FS2Crew has no control over the FSLabs cabin audio volume, so it's an odd one.

Looking at the video it is probably because the FO has selected the PA on his side, hence it is still coming through the audio.  I think the FO selects it on at some point during his pre-flight flows.  Ensure it is switched off on both sides.
