October 16, 200619 yr Was playing around in the demo and was hovering a chopper above a cruise ship and noticed a whole flock of albatrosses flying around above. I decided to follow some around a bit and the way they fly around is incredibly convincing! Kudos to Microsoft for getting the flight behaviour of the birds to look realistic.I then decided to land beneath the birds and looked up. The way they flew around just blew me away! I've seen other addon birds for FS9 and they are nowhere near as convincing (sorry don't mean to offend any developers out there).Another FSX plus.James
October 16, 200619 yr I agree, was pleasently suprised at how fluid the animal animations were myself, love the giraffes cruising around the savannah.Regards, MichaelKDFW Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe nForce4 SLI-x16 / AMD Best, Michael KDFW
October 16, 200619 yr Yes,they were fab in the demo. Haven;t seen them any other place than there, though. Anyone been luckier?
October 16, 200619 yr I'm still waiting to see any animals. Looking at the files on my system there only appear to be giraffes, elephants, zebra, orca, hump back whales and birds. I'm looking forward to a) seeing some of these and :( add on developers adding a lot more types. :-)
October 16, 200619 yr At the FSX site it says that there is live stock and wild animals in the sim, i havent seen any of them yet, execpt for that one mission and a bird at TNCM :D. I was under the impression that animals was a big new thing in this version "dynamic living world", i guess not.
October 16, 200619 yr >I was under the>impression that animals was a big new thing in this version>"dynamic living world", i guess not.I'm sure I want too much of it... just the odd sheep or cow would do!
