[Solved] Chaseplane suddenly won't run.

and the dev did get back to me and there looking into more. they sent me a slimdx.dll installer thinking that was the issue but it didnt work. still getting the error

I think windows update might of screwed it up or the msvcr100.dll I was messing around with that file I put in a newer version that file. U think that could cause the issues?

That’s the problem but I don’t know the solution. Post on ORBX.

Just seen your other posts. At least they’re looking at it now. Mention your Windows 10 version to them. I doubt it’s a update issue.

No I have a feeling I did something with msvcr100.dll file . I downloaded that file from google to put in a newer version and  wonder if that cause problem. What does that file do?

They are the developers. They can’t tweak it or something or give me an update. The hell is this. I spent money on this word not allowed

Uninstall ChasePlane via Control Panel. Clear the appdata\local\temp folder and reboot.

Then login to your ORBX account and install ChasePlane.

I have a friend is good with computer and he’s in my computer with team viewer and he can’t figure out what’s going on. He didn’t succeed. I don’t know what’s going on

Yes he did all that. Still didn’t work. I have a feeling I might have to reset windows from scratch or see if the dev can come into my computer through team viewer and see if they can fix it. It’s comes down to those 2 at this point.  I’m running out of ideas here

What  is your computer default language? Can’t see that being an issue. You’re the first person I know who’s had this problem. Hope it can be solved.

Developers said I have to troubleshoot it and if that doesn’t work they can’t assist me. I don’t get it  they made the software and they Can’t update it or something , give me some kind of a fix don’t leave me hanging or else I’m gonna ask for my money back. They have to come up with something if this is there field in computers that’s there job am I right? I think there’s in error in the registry file. Does anybody know how to do that ?
