April 24, 20206 yr Hi Everyone Can some one please advise -I planed a flight in PFPX -loaded into pilot2atc. selected sid/star and exported to pmdg 777 fmc. After few minutes into flight the pilot2atc starts saying I am off course. Plane is following fmc but its off course on the atc map. I have same airarc etc. This has happened few times. I am still on trial version. My thanks in advance for all help. Qas
April 24, 20206 yr Commercial Member There could be a difference in the SID waypoints or something that is making the flight plans different. Check each waypoint on the SID and Route to be sure it imported correctly. The other possibility is that you have the Course Variance option in P2A set too low. You can increase the Allowed Course Deviation to 5NM or so and stop the off course calls. You might want to check the Allowed Altitude and Heading Variances as well. These are all on the ATC Settings tab of config. Dave
April 25, 20206 yr Author Many thanks Dave- I will adjust deviation allowance and see what happens. Speakings of differences in sids/stars-I have noticed in other flight plans the sids and stars sometimes are different in pilot2atc compared to the selection offered in PFPX. I have not tried other flight planners. I have same airac cycle in both. Qas
April 25, 20206 yr Commercial Member There are hundreds of options for procedures at most major airports, so it would amaze me if there were not differences. If you want to use the procedures selected by PFPX, then uncheck the ATC Assigns SIDs, STARs and Approaches options and enter the procedures recommended by PFPX. Dave

April 25, 20206 yr Author Sorry forgot to ask one more question. How do I export Aivlasoft EFB 2. I have looked for the copy paste option but I cannot see that either. Is there any way to see the P2A flight plan in text format? Many thanks.
April 25, 20206 yr Commercial Member You can select the export to "Txt file" option on the Export page. However, it may or may not work with a given EFB for import. Dave Edited April 25, 20206 yr by Dave-Pilot2ATC
April 25, 20206 yr Author I have selected this-but nothing shows in the the folder. I am not sure how to open see the file. Qas
April 25, 20206 yr Commercial Member The export creates a text file with the name and at the location that you specify. You then just open that file with Wordpad or any text editor to see it. Dave
April 25, 20206 yr For some reasons.my folder is empty. To safe I created a folder named text flightplans on desktop. Nothing is saved here on exporting. I will try saving at different location. Many thanks
