Real weather : Regular vs True Sky

You won’t notice anything flying at 30 hertz /Unlimited or 60 hertz/Half refresh rate...

Here I use 30 with a lot of features and eyecandy and it is smooth ...

And some features cost performance. No problem with that.

A smooth Sim is the only thing that counts

I am also seeing that. FPS is not the main focus...smoothnes is. I saw situations in VR where I got 17 to 20 FPS and didn´t even noticed it in VR because there where not stutters at all.

I am enjoying this smoothness a lot!

Please, please do stop confusing Hertz and framerate. It is really annoying ;-)

Why do you find it annoying (and confusing) to select 30fps on your GPU software and 30Hz on your monitor software?

I would like to know?

I guess 99% of the dimmers understand what is meant.

Ok, 1% likes to make annoying remarks about it  🐝

I am not saying that it does not make sense to limit FPS in your sim to 30 along with a reduction of monitor refresh rate to 30Hz, but I find it annoying if people continue to talk about "Hertz" if they actually mean "Framerate" or vice versa. But my smiley should have told you: I am not totally serious about this matter ;-)

Why not take a real screenshot instead of using your phone...so much information gets lost in this process.

(And even so, truesky looks 10 times better)

I thought that I am only one seeing that....but...."real" looks so cheesy....That "real" makes me mad every time when landing at KLAX..
