I just felt inspired to try out a what-if scheme today. Took me a good few hours, but some of the repainters would have probably dashed it off a lot quicker. Anyhow here she is:-

Yes, "What-if" colors/liveries are always interesting...(permitted in our SIM)....and, surely can be fun to repaint...!

What it lacks in ability to carry ordnance is offset by the fact that it is undeniably a small target. 🤣

There's a BD-5 repaint pack in the AVSIM library where the author (Dirk Hueschelrath) has altered the EXPERIMENTAL sticker in the cockpit. The EXPERI part has been crossed out to leave "MENTAL"  and the blurb next to it reads:

Passenger Warning - This is a pseudo cruise missile. Watch your six! 

But this might just be a sticker present in these BD-5s which are operated as pretend cruise missiles for exercise purposes!

They also have repaints in the library, but I hadn't seen those for my inspiration, only a BD-5 for DCS.
