I really hope that's wrong. Cheers, Rob. Unless the game was core limited i wouldn't expect any difference clock for clock, the 10900k doesn't seem to offer anything new architecturally. I ended up preordering, my 6600k is just awful with p3d these days but I would have waited for zen 3 if my current cpu wasn't so slow, its just that i don't enjoy swimming with it anymore. But I`m not going to I will wait till later in the year Q4 to see what`s on offer, don't be surprised if Intel comes out with XS version again. Edited May 18, 20206 yr by G-RFRY Raymond Fry.
May 18, 20206 yr My system runs great but is now 3years old, so looking to upgrade later this year will need a new MB anyway pointless buying a Z390, at the moment I`m looking at ASUS MAXIMUS XII FORMULA Z490. I had AMD before in the Windows XP days the problem is they can`t do good GPU drivers and BIOS software. Raymond Fry.
