May 23, 20206 yr Author Thank you very much, Dave and Frank. Finally got the solution by myself: I manually created the 'RealityXP' directory at the root of disc C and put the license file there. The installer did'nt. Ramon.

Hi Ramon, I'm glad you've managed to find a solution and we'll keep this handy in case other customers are having the same issue in the future. Have you got a chance to find out what was the issue preventing the installer from creating this folder in C ? Did you setup your operating with non-standard access rights on C ? Do you have any particular anti-virus preventing creating folders in C drive?
