Not sure if its intended but only door L2 is opened,when GSX uses doors L1 and L4 to load passengers,these doors have to be opened 

and closed manually.

Well, door L2 is the most commonly used door on the 787.  I'm not sure why GSX is using L1.

At any rate, there's a config option that turns off FS2Crew's door handling.  I suggest setting it to Yes and that way GSX can do its thing.
