Online Flight Sim Traffic - Long Term

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

Probably my first post here, though I've been a member for quite a while now. I was wondering these days what is the long term trend for online flight simulation... For the experienced flight simmers, do you believe that traffic is increasing, decreasing or relatively stable in the long run? I remember playing on IVAO in the past and the amount of flights/controllers was higher than what I am seeing nowadays, is my perception correct?

It would appear that we won't have to worry too much about the "live traffic" in MSFS2020 for the next few years "overloading the sim" and dragging framerates down...

In fact, the skies are going to remain fairly lonely! ::laugh:

High speed rail traffic will be added to all flightsims to make up for the lack of intracontinental air service.

That will be a replacement bus service in the UK.
