I'm a soft touch for photo scenery, but I like 3D objects sitting on top.
Best compromise. Gibson Sceneries' photoreal for cruising and Orbx's Aus v2 for lower down / 3D elements.

Thanks!

It's probably a sacrilegious thing to say, but as much as everyone raves about the Wunala and Nalanji Dreaming liveries, I prefer this Yam Dreaming one.
Much more in keeping with the Qantas colours and sits nicely on the fuselage IMO.

I looked up the Flying Art series of Qantas....

(Amazing artist indeed!)

"The painting captures the essence of the yam plant, an important symbol in Emily’s Dreamtime story, and an important food source in her home region of Utopia, 230 kilometres north east of Alice Springs."

These are clearly examples of rather intricate paint-jobs, on the canvas or on the aircraft, reserved for only the masters...(I mean both in RW and also in our virtual world....)

Finally, I also admit, as they say, it depends on the plane enthusiast's taste....and there is no shortage of that....🙂...

But, yes, I do agree....this, Yam Dreaming, is so artistic...!!
