UGCX2 is installed and logged in as administrator in the P3D (4.5HF) folder.
When I press the UGCX icon now, the picture with the 8 contact fields appears (these are selectable). At the bottom left is Config Manager 2.0, nothing else happens, also in the P3D there is no Add-ons in the upper bar, the P3D and the PC has been rebooted several times.
What went wrong?

I had the same issues.

Here's the fix.

Make a back-up copy of your dll.xml, then use this

If UGCX does not appear in the ADDONs menu, it means your DLL.xml is corrupt, so UGCX won't load in game.

Hello, Rick,
thanks for your link. I have used it and therefore I thank you for it. Now I can select UGCX in the P3D add-ons. But the program is not yet working. There are no vehicles or similar to be seen. The GroundVehicles link is registered. I want to reinstall the program on the weekend and then continue to see.
Do I need to uninstall GSX LEVEL 2 before I do so? I haven't found anything yet.

No need to uninstall GSX... many use it side by side with UGCX.

If you don't see any vehicles, check the other couple threads on the no vehicles.  You'll see solutions there.

Missing Cars 
 Create the UGCX folder in  C:\P3D v4\SimObjects\UGCX  and fill it with the FS2Crew files from  C:\P3D v4\SimObjects\Misc.
   In  simobjects.cfg  enter the path to the new UGCX folder.
        for example C:\P3D v4\SimObjects\UGCX
        Now all vehicles and people are displayed.
        Now the animations are still missing, e.g. emergency vehicle (comes and stops, not happened)
        But that's not important.
        All a good flight and even better landing
