June 21, 20205 yr Hello all, After buying and installing the Leonardo Maddog X P3Dv5 I tried to access the Forum and download the textures, I registered, and THREE days later guess what? , No response or approval: Awaiting Approval Your account needs to be approved before you can use the site as a registered member. Well, I paid a lot for this software and I don't have access to support, Forum and liveries? I'm in FltSim since 1995 and I'm surprised with this situation... June 21, 20205 yr I suggest contacting them via their user forums giving your purchase order number and other details (seller, date, etc.). They're normally very responsive. Good luck. I'm afraid software piracy is the reason for this policy, so lots of people to thank there. Anyway, sounds like you registered on Friday and it's now over a weekend. I used to be one of those who approved people there, but other responsibilities dictated that I step out of that role. Even though Leonardo produced what I believe is one of the two best addon aircraft for desktop flight simulation, they are also a small developer and the last I knew they had three people who could approve new members and all three have full time jobs outside of flight sim (some of them at a very senior level). Plus it's not only over the weekend, but in many places it's father's day weekend. By the way, each of them are some of the best people you'll ever meet, so if there has been a delay I'm sure there is a good reason for it. I know it's frustrating not to get immediate access, but hang in there, it's worth it. If you'd like, you can PM me the email address that you used to sign up and I'll forward it to them to see if that helps get this done for you sooner. FYI, the forum system checks the registrations against our customer's database and if one is found, the activation is automatically granted in less than 30 minutes.
