Air Canada YVR-YEG in an Unusually Long DC-9-32

Featured Replies

Ok, so it's actually an MD82 standing in for a DC-9-32 🙂

The 80's white and red Air Canada DC-9 is one of my favourite aircraft, so much so that I had inibuilds do a fictional repaint of it on the Maddog MD82 so I could fly one of my favourite liveries on one of my favourite P3D aircraft.

Happened to get lucky and had three different Air Canada liveries in the same shot:

I think it's been a while since YVR has seen a trail of T-Tail smoke on departure!

Climbing over the Burrard Inlet as we head east.

Descending over the prairies into Edmonton...unfortunately it was full overcast over the Rockies so no screens from that part of the flight.

Thanks for looking!

Nice shots and exceptionally nice livery.

One of the finest Air Canada liveries...!

Yes, you will probably succeed...🙂... passing the (stretched) DC9 as an MD-80...(glad, you got this repaint custom-made for your Maddog MD-80)...

Beautiful pictures, all...!!
