Initializing System Mid-Flight

Hello,

Right after take-off, the left section of the MFD with the engine instruments goes back and just says INITIALIZING SYSTEM. When I click the hidden point to open the pop-up, its all there, but in normal VC view it's all black except for the white letters.

I'm using Bert's GTN750 mod, but this is the first time this has happened.

Is it possible that you changed the simulator time?  That could throw the built in screen timer off..

You would have to turn the battery off and on again to reset this situation..

Also, can you explain what hidden point you are referring to? Not sure I follow..  Is this in P3D and using the latest mod?

Hi Bert,

It only happened once, hasn't happened again. I didn't move the sim time, but if it happens again I'll pay attention to what was happening at the time and see if I can pin-point the cause.

With the pop-up I meant that if I clicked on the upper bezel of the GTN to see the 2D panel, the engine/systems column was working properly. The Initializing System only appeared when looking at the panel in VC.

Are you using my mod??  The GTN pops up by clicking the lower left bezel..
