August 3, 20205 yr Hello, I have updated W10 for the 2004 version recently and ran into the very strange, never seen before problem - the initial loading times while executing the software (all of them, from Chrome to standard File Explorer) increased dramatically. Surprisingly, the performance itself (when the software is loaded) isn't affected at all and it's even better for some programs, but those loading times....oh my god. I did some research, but it didn't help as both my SSD are healthy, paging file is ok. AV is being turned off. Hence I need a help from the community. August 9, 20205 yr Although it doesn’t help with your problem, I have the 2004 update and haven’t noticed any slowing of programs loading. i7-14700k | Asus ROG STRIX Z790-F Gaming WIFI | 32GB DDR5 RAM | MSI RTX 4080 Super | WD Black SN850X 1TB & 2TB | Corsair HX1000i ATX3.0 | MSI MAG401QR 40" monitor | Win 11 Pro 64-bit | Meta Quest 3
