August 7, 20205 yr Does anyone have this problem with one of the brake axis? The left side should match the right side. Edited August 7, 20205 yr by Jeff Nielsen Jeff D. August 7, 20205 yr No, I don't and wonder what is going on with your system. I find them to be the best quality but difficult to use their software for calibration and a bit sensitive even properly adjusted. Did you follow correct the installation? On my system it took about 4 tries before I was able to sort it. Maybe this will help? 747 Captain for the last 39 years, and still learning.

I've had them for a while now, and don't think I've ever had this issue before. Windows shows the exact same thing. I wonder if the sensor is going bad? Jeff D. August 8, 20205 yr How old it is? I have mine for about 2 years and have no issues. I wonder what happened because HallEffect should last very long especially when there is no friction. Can you remove the linkage from the left brake and just do it manual and see what indications you get? 747 Captain for the last 39 years, and still learning.

It's like there's some interference with it. When you press the brakes, it just bounces back and forth. Jeff D. August 8, 20205 yr I'm sorry. I would check to see if there is any interference with any buttons or axis assignments in control panel, but unfortunately my understanding is that this is happening when flight simulator is off and you just using the software outside the sim just for calibration. That way buttons and axis assignments should not matter. I have no idea, again sorry that I can't help. 747 Captain for the last 39 years, and still learning.
August 8, 20205 yr Author OMG..it's fixed and you won't believe how. I unplugged the device at the connection in stead of the rear of the unit then plugged it back in. Unreal...thanks USB!!🤕 Jeff D. August 8, 20205 yr Author Thanks for the replies guys. I don't why but something told me to just unplug them from the hub and not at the unit and plug them back in. Jeff D. August 8, 20205 yr When I first got mine they would disconnect and stop working occasionally. Turned out it was the windows power management turning off the USB port because I hadn't pushed the pedals often enough I guess. I turned off USB power management everywhere I could find it and that solved the problem. Windows updates has been turning the "feature" back on a lot 🙂 After a Windows version update I find I have to go back in and apply the "fix" to all of my Panels and joysticks.... Les O'Reilly
