One important point to note is that download speeds are rarely sustained at peak speeds. Even if you have a 100 Mbps connection, your downloads may vary from 30-100 Mbps on average depending on how loaded their servers are, which as you can guess will be alot during release day.

The times shown in this site are the MINIMUM time it’ll take to download said GB’s.

I don't think MS cdn will have any issue with a few hundreds thousands downloads. It's well under what that type of infrastructures are designed for.
