2. make sure their are no pending Windows 10 Updates
3. Make sure all updates in Windows Store are currently installed, and all XBOX apps are installed and up to date
4. Make sure your local time and language settings are correct

When MSFS was looking for those XBOX Services it went into the 'Press Any Key to Start' circle

can you specify which other XBOX thing you're talking about? I do have the Gaming Services.. everything up to date, checked everything from the other link you shared! I feel doomed !

what other Xbox apps constitute 'all'?

When I first ran it mine wouldn't launch the Content Manager, reason for that those apps were missing, those apps control the licencing

Frig.. so I've done my best and now I've got apps called:

• Gaming Services
• Xbox (Beta)
• Xbox Game Bar
• Xbox Identity Provider

Nothing called "Xbox Gaming Services" to be found in my universe. Am I screwed? Can I uninstall any of those safely? Oi Vey!
