August 18, 20205 yr This at MSFS forum: "Hi there. The Premium edition is essentially an upgrade to the standard. When you launch the sim via the standard edition icon it will still provide you with the premium deluxe items. We apologize for any confusion here." Who would have thought. Looks like most of the errors are being caused by changing the region. Edited August 18, 20205 yr by desbean
August 18, 20205 yr Ok just got my update of remaining 4 Gb of Premium content. Don't know if the following will do the trick for you guys but : 1. Go to My Profile (Main menu) then Content Manager 2. Don't do anything, just close the game 3. Close Xbox App and / or Windows Store 4. Restart Xbox App and / or Windows Store (whichever you use, but I recommend Xbox App) 5. Restart the game 6. Next to the splash screens and "Press any key to start", the game should ask you to do download the remaining content My friends, who had been stuck too with a standard edition while they actually bought the Premium, did this and the content got unlocked at the next game start when I told them to do this. If this doesn't work, I guess you just have to wait and it will unlock by itself. Edited August 18, 20205 yr by Khaz
August 18, 20205 yr OK. 95G is all the content for deluxe premium. I also worked out the reason for the crash -----> graphic card. I o/c it and it is not stable. After I reset it back to default, I had my first flight. My impression: beautiful scenery!! but i'm totally lost as to driving the sim. It's totally different from FSX! Need to workout the controls and commands Need to tweak the options to make it work. The initial settings (graphic) was too high because of my o/c A lot to explore and enjoy (hopefully) Michael T Melbourne AMD Ryzen 7 3700X Nvideo 970 GTX FSX + MegaScenery
