August 18, 20205 yr Is there possibly a setting I'm missing? I loaded into an airport in Maine that is surrounded by rain storms real-world. In sim it was clear, cloudless. I do have live weather turned on, no data cap. Ryzen 7 7800X3D/B650 X AX | 5090 | 32gig | Win10 | Pimax Crystal Light
August 18, 20205 yr im guessing that live weather is approx 1 hour behind the weather out your window...or however often the BlueMeteo servers update their weather (since that is the source used for the sim now as I understand it. Metar information is typically updated hourly throughout the day so it's not truly "live". MSFS probably looks at the latest available file and then interpolates to predict what it thinks the weather should look like right now. August 18, 20205 yr Commercial Member Live Weather did not work throughout testing. Probably given to a third-party. In jurisprudence, there is a principle - you look for the person who benefits.
August 18, 20205 yr Author At the same time that you were getting low clouds and rain, I was getting clear skies. Maybe the weather servers were having trouble keeping up with demand? Ryzen 7 7800X3D/B650 X AX | 5090 | 32gig | Win10 | Pimax Crystal Light
