August 18, 20205 yr I’m trying to set a limit of 100gb changing from the 8gb default. (Having really bad stutters and I’m hoping it’s because my internet was struggling with the small default cache it keeps stopping around 12gb when building the .ccc file... and then I think it locks up. Anyone else had this?
August 18, 20205 yr Yes the larger you set it, the longer it'll take. My took about 10+ minutes for a 512GB cache file. September 20, 20205 yr I changed my rolling cache location and changed it to 100GB. Took about 5 minutes for this to complete. (Target disk is SSD; suspect it would be MUCH slower on a HD.)
