August 18, 20205 yr It seems like precipitation can't be affected to a cloud layer, am I wrong ? it's just configured via general parameters of the weather so what layer of cloud is generating the precipitation ? only the lowest one ? that's not good... also, there is literally no fog.. I tried clouds at lowest altitude but the visibility can't be reduced very much
August 18, 20205 yr XP11 gets its weather info from METAR. Is MSFS2020 the same? eg EGOS 182120Z 32001KT 9999 FEW040 16/15 Q1007 A few clouds at 4000 ft. How does the Weather software interpret this? What type of cloud?

And with my testing, I can reduce visibility so much that i can't see something directly in front of me. Edited August 18, 20205 yr by Concodroid
