Contrails

I don't know if this has already been postponed, but i see that there're not contrails whatsoever on Boeing, jet, Airbus. After reaching TAT -8°/-10° displayed on the EICAS there should be contrails. Nothing.

agreed, contrails need to be added otherwise this "sim" just isn't realistic

Yup, they'd add to the visual fidelity, and personally I'd also like to see distrails when you pass through a cloud.

Just to be completely accurate incidentally, whilst it is likely, a TAT of -8° or so is not a guarantee that contrails will form, their formation also depends on humidity, so it is possible to be up high in that temperature and not have your engines form contrails.

Been enjoying the sim a lot in the jets but something just seems a little off to me at altitude.. maybe it’s just the missing contrails or the constant wiggling of the airplanes in calm air.

 

To he honest it could just be all new and still not used to it. 🤷‍♂️

They will add contrails and all the other effects in a update. Its been confirmed.
