Loving all the quality business jets coming out and in the pipeline. It was a very neglected area of flight sim for years. Fond memories messing around with the old eaglesoft business jets. Airliners are fun but being able to jump into a business jet start up quickly and still go fast once in the air is something else.

I haven’t flown anything but GA and helicopters since MSFS 2024 came out. Scenery is that much better for me and I do love heavy iron.

Glad I didn’t delete MSFS2020. I’m a sucker for cargo variants of any aircraft.

Yeah that’s a simism. Never had any issues either, used to just land crabbed and that was good, where in real life you’d cause serious damage.

Flew without rudder pedals for years thinking I didn’t need them, instead using a twist rudder on a joystick. Only finally got rudder pedals for helicopters but turns out they are a big help with airplanes as well.. go figure. It feels much more natural and you have much more fine control when your not trying to twist your wrist and move the ailerons/elevators at the same time.

I’m having a blast with the helicopters, vision jet, and longitude in MSFS 2024. Working great for me. Teething issues and there will be a wait to get some stuff fixed I’m sure but I haven’t touched MSFS 2020 since MSFS 2024 came out. There is a place for the chicken littles in this world just as there is for the glass half full types.

I might have passed on this as to complex for me if it weren’t for the flight engineer feature. That’s great. 😃

Interesting, I assumed they did because the cowansim h125 does have force trim. Perhaps it’s an aftermarket addition or optional equipment?

It’s not working yet. It’s a bug.

Talk about glass half empty. The negativity here is so pervasive. past the release day issues. The sim is a vast improvement over the last one and I’ve been on since fs98.

Transparency and honesty is the only way to fix a bad situation.

It happens. I was one that said I was going to wait and see how it goes before buying. I got excited before Work this morning and bought the Aviators edition. Now I'm staring at the queue screen. On the plus side, I guess..I haven't missed much by being at work all day. Nobody has been able to use it yet.

Now, those are memories I had forgotten about.
