September 2, 20205 yr Morning / Afternoon. I planned a flight last night from Paris to London, just a quick 40 minutes I thought before I went to bed. After 3 attempts to get the A320 to the runway I finally got airborne. I expereinced a number off issues with the ground. Most of these were dips and ramps in the ground. And with the Crash detection on in the SIm it basically ended my flight. At one point I was taxiing to the runway 26L and the pavement ahead looked flat, but as the aircraft went over a section it was almost like going over a small hill. This then damaged the gear. Anyone else had this issue with other airports? Mike
September 2, 20205 yr Yeah lots of airports have little issues some more than others. Some really funny youtube videos with the more extreme examples. Reporting issues you find in the Sim is a good thing and does not take long. Report issue via Zendesk , Link in the top of the forums here. September 2, 20205 yr Only had it at CDG but it was only on a small bit of taxiway which went over an underpass and the 787 went like it was passing over a speed bump, but considering it was a 1.9 mile taxi from the runway to get to the stand and everything else was smooth, I wasn't that bothered. If the Open Ticket process is the same still then as you go through the process find a place to record all of the information that is required. Your MSFS ID, which purchase avenue (xBox, MS Store, Steam), email that relates to your ID, Windows version and build/revision number, your MSFS build number, and perhaps I forgot one on two. Had me tap-dancing for about 20 minutes and I neglected to store it all someplace to recall next time. September 2, 20205 yr Not sure what / how you are reporting issues but on my screen after I filled out all , what 10 lines of info ? That take 5 min to fill and that remember that info for the next time. Plus the event viewer records all the things and takes a lot of work off the user. But meh guess everyone's millage may vary. edit; for me it was easy peasy 5 min , faster now after having done it once or twice Edited September 2, 20205 yr by SirDan i7-8600k @ 3.70 GHz 16.0 GB Ram OS Win 10-64 bit Geforce GTX 1070
September 2, 20205 yr Other than the actual bug information, this is all I can see as a requirement to submit something. For what some might consider the 'harder' things to find it actually tells you how to do it. Your email address Subject Platform Windows 10 version Windows 10 OS Build Gamertag Build version I fail to see that is a particular lengthy experience. It takes probably just as long to have a bit of a moan on here rather than report it.
September 4, 20205 yr Author Thanks for the replys. I will submit a feedback. I think I have the taxi ways wrote down somewhere on a notepad in my office.
