I think this one is related to glass cockpit aircrafts near big handcrafted airports. If you take a look at their last snapshot feedback, this issue is marked as “significantly improved - sept. Update”.

We may get it on the 24th. On the next week’s dev update they will give a date for this patch.

There is a fix/workaround by reducing the Displays refresh rate. It has helped me alot:

That would be nice for sure.  I've been using one of those tweaks that lowers the refresh on the glass cockpit screens but the 787 is still super marginal  on acceptable FPS (30+) no matter what graphics settings.  It's like trying to use a PMDG level aircraft, except with a large amount of the functionality missing.
