Shutting off xbox control bar has helped - hopefully when I get yoke fully assigned it wont be an issue - panning with yoke doesnt seem to be an issue but still bugs me that its doing it

Never thought I would use xbox and flightsim in the same sentence oh well

I get this regularly. It's something to do with the window focus. If you alt-tab into a small windows explorer for example you'll see the game goes back to smooth again. Some people have said that Project Lasso helped but didn't make any difference to me. The only thing I could find to temporarily fix the issue was to wait for the mouse cursor to disappear, alt-tab out and then back in again. But since the last update that doesn't always work so when it gets like that I just play alt-tabbed with MSI Afterburner stuck down in the bottom right corner where it's hardly visible. Means I can't click on stuff in the cockpit but I use TrackIR and have almost everything assigned to HOTAS so not a huge issue for flying small GA. Hopefully the next patch will help address but we'll see.

I haven't tried this myself, but there was a post on it. Apparently, if you call up the atc window, and resize it, you will get mouse control back.

If true, I suspect resizing any window would do.

Thanks Guys I had a thought windows areo peek and other useless animation stuff - just turned a lot of that off and I will report back - I believe many moons ago I had this issue with FSX or P3D and it was because of aero

Well turning off aero peek and some other animation stuff has helped quite a bit - so maybe this will help someone else - thanks
