September 17, 20205 yr I have set up MSFS so that I can use the C172 with rather good performance. Then I tried the A320 NEO from the same airport (ESGP) and I experienced severe stutters. Is this normal i.e is the A320 this hard on performance ? If so I fear that any third party airliners like for example the PMDG 737 is out of reach for me. And this was a small airport not close to big cities.
September 17, 20205 yr Hiya jfri, Without telling us what your computer specifications are, and your MSFS settings, it is hard to diagnose. But even older computers can run the A320 reasonably well after the new patch, as long as you don't go to 'ultra' on everything. Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio. September 17, 20205 yr I run on an i7 latop 1660 nvidia 16gb ram and have never had a stutter. Running 1080p on High. CJ

Well my system is Haswell 4770K @4.5 GHz 16 Gb RAM 2200 MHz Nvidia 2070 Super SSD drives I only have a few settings at ultra
September 17, 20205 yr What did you set the last setting in the graphical page to? The one about cockpit screen refresh? Try it on medium. Chock 1.1: "The only thing that whines louder than a jet engine is a flight simmer."

That setting didn't exist. But now it does and it is set to medium and I made a new flight at KHIO this time and performance was good this time
