September 20, 20205 yr Hi, where do I get tech support for the GNS v2.0? I went to the reality-xp website and could not find a support forum. I followed the "community" link on the website and ended up here instead. The problem is I already posted a question here about not being able to pop-up the 2D windows four days ago but had no replies. I also can't turn on the 530/430 units on the panel, and there's no info on how to turn the unit on in the user's manual ("Reality XP GNS V2 User's Manual (FltSim).pdf"). Please help. Thank you. Hardware: i7-8700k, GTX 1070-ti, 32GB ram, NVMe/SSD drives with lots of free space. Software: latest Windows 10 Pro, P3Dv4.5+, FSX Steam, and lots of addons (100+ mostly Orbx stuff).
September 21, 20205 yr Hi, welcome to the RXP forum! You did indeed find the right place.. There are other users here, but RXP also monitors this forum and steps in as required. What sim, and what airplane are you using? Please provide as much detail on what you are wanting to do, and what problems you are running into! September 21, 20205 yr OK. I am another user like you, not paid support. I see Bert asked for more information from you. He is very helpful. My question is are you aware of the configuration menu and how to access it? There are options there on how the GNS gauges can be powered up. It is all in the User Manual, which you can find via the Windows Start menu under R and Reality XP. You see two listed in my image below as I have both GNS and GTN gauges.
