Can you purchase the right to Google Map assets, for commercial use...thereby forming your own MSFS design entity, and go commercial in the MSFS Market?   Your Toronto GTA, as well as this work, is at the level of mature 3PD's...   I was compromised years ago with the coffee thing...and PayPal usage...so I don't respond anymore to the invitation. But, I would certainly donate/purchase through an historically safe entity.  Have you thought of going Pro for MSFS? Your two free-ware releases speak for themselves!  Toronto...IS...the big T.O.!  I can only imagine what your talent can realize for scenery around Kingston/Gananoque...the Thousand Islands....wow...that would be spectacular!

I don't think that's possible. As far as I know Google assets are not available for commercial use that way. I am planning to do CNC3 Brampton airport completely hand-crafted, without Google data. That one can be commercially distributed, althogh I think I would still prefer to make it free, with voluntary donation. BTW PayPal is as secure as it goes. If you use any credit cards online, this is not worse. Actually, paying with CC in a restaurant is much less secure than online, because nothing prevents the waiter from skimming/scanning/photographing your card whilte it's away. I will look into MSFS market for the upcoming hand-modelled scenery.

The pictures..LET ALONE, color animation...wow...  I asked him about considering applying his talent for a monstrous recreational destination...like the Thousand Islands, at the mouth of the St. Lawrence River..at the east end of Lake Ontario....what he could do with that area...drool....

This could be one of the needed P.O.I.'s...for the area...and imagine how it would look inside MSFS...

Alas, that area is not in Google photogrammetry as far as I see. It would be nice, but not possible...

I wish I knew how to fix bridges. The Portland area has the most horrid bridges I've seen. I hope someone this talented can fix city bridges. There's certainly a demand for this service.

Bridges can be fixed using Google photogrammetry, however cars still drive under water. AFAIK it's not possible to make the cars drive over custom scenery yet, because of the very rough and unfinished SDK. IF someone knows how to do that - I would be glad to learn.

Wow, I never expected you to do that so soon!

I was actually invited, along with one of my ice hockey teammates, to go inside the lighting control room to switch on and control the lights for the falls. Quite an experience, and you've done a great job of replicating that. Thank you.👍

You're welcome! That must have been quite an experience...

Someone said that Orbx might offer a MSFS Bridge Upgrade Package.  They certainly would have the assets to deliver that.

Asobo says they have the same tools in terms of SDK as all developers. So I suspect that most developers can't release packages because of SDK is not ready. Certainly that's the case for PMDG and other aircraft. There is literally no documentation for many things. Entire "lighting" section says "TODO". And many other things are not documented well, or at all. So everybody is crippled for now, until more complete SDK update shows up.

romandesign, I just had to create an account to thank you for the amazing Niagara and Toronto scenery. My VFR flying has been dramatically improved! Just wondering, do you give lessons on how you create this? I would love to see the area around Markham improved and wouldn't mind giving it a go.
