Thanks- I signed up for it a coupla days ago, or at least I think I did.  Have an INsider XBox Gaming account and submitted my DxDiag.xml, but other than a green success message about submitting the DxDiag, I haven't seen any other indication or confirmation of having applied.  There's a link to the NDA but no way to confirm acceptance of it.

I did this the day it went up. Application is just resubmitting your dxdiag. You will accept NDA at the time of invite/acceptance. Would love to test this out. Right now I just have an Oculus Rift S, so I think that's Phase 2.....only time will tell.
