October 8, 20205 yr I mainly fly in US but I've noticed the sky tends to have a red glow well after sunset as well. Hoping there can be some replacement sky textures at some point or at least an option to have more variety Dave David

October 8, 20205 yr How long after sunset? At least on the ground it is common depending on the sunset and the air clarity for 1 hour or more after sunset Chock 1.1: "The only thing that whines louder than a jet engine is a flight simmer."
October 8, 20205 yr where I live in US midwest sunset time today is 632pm. In the sim at a modest altitude of 8000ft there is still a faint red glow on the horizon at 900pm. The seems like way too long a time after sunset to still be seeing color David
