Hi,

Yes, I have exactly the same problem. The "Set your experience" screen loads ca 50% then freezes and CTD. There are many Flight Sim users facing the same issue but there seems to be no solution yet to the problem. Steam has registered over 50hrs play time but I have not been able to fly a single flight yet.

I have been google-ing everything regarding this issue for over a week without any luck. I have also done every possible recommendation possible to solve this and googled every error/warnings from Event viewer.

Uninstall/install drivers, format the computer, update nvidia drivers, delete flight sim and download again........I have literally tried every single recommendation and "fixes" out there on the internet.

There is no solution for -

Faulting application name: FlightSimulator.exe, version: 1.9.5.0, time stamp: 0x5f7c9779

and there is also no solution for

"Application has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware" error

Im running Asus i7 -win10 64, -12gb memory-nvidia 2gb-plenty of space.

Is there anybody out there with a solution?

Did you try the suggestions mentioned in the video in this thread?

Yeah, I did check out this thread. The problem begins shortly after "press any key" screen so I'm unable to do any inplay adjustments.

mods can cause that. and  a lot of other things at the users end.

I have these crashes now, never had them before.
I don't use any mods, clean install.

Guess I will wait until next patch.

i9
RTX 4090
64gb ram

I do not get any screens on desktop or anything
