I recall that was a French Rafale. A civilian contractors friends decided they'd get him a ride as a retirement gift. Wasn't exactly his cup of tea. While pulling negative G he instinctively grabbed the handle between his legs and ejected himself. The jet was configured to eject both of them but malfunctioned and the pilot remained on board. He landed the jet safely I recall.
