October 21, 20205 yr I am upgrading different aircraft with GTN and I could get a better fit by removing some un-necessary units like the King Audio Panels. I was under the impression that Audio Control is built into the GTN. Is that so? Also in my 421 Golden Eagle the Audio Panel was removed when I installed the GTN 750. Thanks.
October 21, 20205 yr Hi, The GTN includes an audio panel which can replace any other standalone audio panel. It is certainly convenient because you can use the touch screen interface instead of knobs and buttons. However should you want to keep any other audio panel, you can also configure the RXP GTN without its audio panel. In this case you'll also gain additional user fields which can be user configured.
